The.Tube / Private Video Hosting Platform.sx qualifies as a “Service Provider” within the meaning of 17 USC § 512(k)(1)of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and is therefore entitled to certain “safe harbour” protections against copyright infringement allegations as set out therein. Content removal pursuant to a Notice of Alleged Infringement may be challenged through a Counter-Notification. Once The.Tube / Private Video Hosting Platform has received the Notice of Alleged Infringement, The.Tube / Private Video Hosting Platform will take whatever action in its sole discretion it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, removal of the allegedly infringing content.

Alleged copyright infringements occurring on or through The.Tube / Private Video Hosting Platform shall be reported by the copyright owner, someone authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright by filling out a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to The.Tube / Private Video Hosting Platform’s Designated Copyright Agent or submitted via a DMCA Notification Ticket.
Identify Copyrighted Work – Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
Identify Copyright Infringement – Identify the material or link you claim is infringing (or the subject of infringing activity) and to which access is to be disabled, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link shown on The.Tube / Private Video Hosting Platform or the exact location where such material may be found.
Contact Information – Provide your name, company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
